Rusty has been an insurance professional since 1985. His positive attitude towards his customers, the community, and his employees set the tone for the entire operation of the agency.
Licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Health, and Surplus Lines, Rusty has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. He served for 8 years as the Chairman of the Nationwide Insurance Advertising Council in Mississippi, where he was a member for 18 years. He is past president of the Madison Lions Club and the Madison Chamber of Commerce where he was also named Volunteer of the Year. In 2014, Rusty was presented with the Nationwide Regional Community Service Award. Rusty is an active member of the Madison community and the St. Matthews Methodist Church where he plays the guitar in the Praise band. He is active in the Kairos Prison Ministry and Honduras Mission Team. Despite his commitment to the business and the community, he believes in balancing his duties with his personal life. Rusty has been happily married to his wife Ellen for over 30 years and has 2 wonderful daughters, Nicole and Julialeigh. Rusty enjoys working on his farm, playing music, and yard work. |

Landon earned his Bachelor of Finance: Risk Management, Insurance, and Financial Planning from Mississippi State University. He continued his education to complete his Masters of Business Administration from Belhaven University. He brings new business in for all parts of the agency: home, auto, commercial, and life. Landon joined us in January 2015 and is a valued asset to Rusty and his team. He received his Property & Casualty License in November 2014, followed by life, accident, and health licenses in January 2015.
Landon was born and raised in Jackson and he still resides there. He looks up to his parents, Mark & Lisa Thompson. He comes from a big sports family and enjoys football, baseball, tennis and golf. In addition to playing tennis, he likes to hunt and fish. Landon is an active member of Christ United Methodist Church. He recently married his wife, Emily, in March of 2020. He sponsors various business events throughout Madison and is a Past President of the City of Madison Chamber of Commerce. Landon enjoys giving of his time and being involved in and around the community by volunteering. |

Angela joined our insurance team in 2004. Although she was new to the industry at the time, she soon gained experience in processing property and flood policies. She serves both new and existing customers with dedication. A stickler for following procedure, she ensures agents and clients are in compliance with industry regulations.
Angela performs a variety of duties for the Rusty Healy Agency. She works as a Homeowner Customer Service Representative which requires her to prepare closing packages and assist with new sales. Angela is very knowledgeable on fulfilling our customers’ insurance needs and is considered an expert with flood insurance. She holds a MS Property & Casualty License (2004). Angela is actively involved with her church youth group and spends much of her free time with them. She also loves to read. She has been happily married since 2004 and loves to spend time with her family. |

Dolores has been a vital part of our agency since 1999. An extremely hardworking individual with over 20 years of insurance experience, she is dedicated to helping you find the coverage you need and will go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. She runs the auto insurance side of the agency for sales and service. Along with auto policies, she also handles umbrella policies.
Dolores earned her MS Property & Casualty License in 1999. That same year, she joined our agency and started working with Rusty. Beginning in Florida, she has been with Nationwide since 1990. Dolores lives in Madison and enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren. |

Shawna has been in the insurance industry since 1997. She writes boat, ATV, RV, and motorcycle insurance policies. She services existing auto policies and also assists Dolores with new auto quotes and submissions. Shawna has been with Nationwide since 2002 and joined our team in 2010. She is an expert in all of our clients insurance needs. An invaluable member of the Rusty Healy team, she also assists with our commercial and life insurance clients.
Shawna’s professional qualifications include a MS Property and Casualty License (2002) and a MS Life license (2010). She has held a Certified Insurance Counselor designation through the National Alliance since 2006. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children and grandchildren. She resides in Rankin County. |

Can’t get insurance because of claims, credit or other issues? Donna will do her best to find you the right coverage. She believes that one of her most important duties is to please our customers. Donna has been with Nationwide Insurance since 1987 and joined the Rusty Healy Agency in 2003 where she wears many hats. She is a great resource for her co-workers as well as our clients. Her responsibilities include handling all commercial, fire and automotive surplus lines policies as well as an acting Homeowners CSR and Sales Associate. Donna also provides customer service support to our commercial clients.
Her professional qualifications include MS Property & Casualty License (2003) and Surplus Lines Licenses. She is also a Notary. Donna is an active member of her community. She teaches Sunday school and sings at her church. Donna lives in the country and spends some of her time fishing. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her 4 children and 5 grandchildren. |

Spencer is one of the first voices you hear when you call the Rusty Healy Agency. She joined our team in August 2017 and works as a customer service representative and Landon’s Assistant. She services home and auto renewals, often communicates with various companies processing centers, and is well trained in billing.
Spencer obtained her MS Property and Casualty License in 2017 and MS Life Insurance License in 2018. She tied the knot in 2019 and resides in Madison County with her husband and and has a daughter named Griffin. Spencer enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also active in a small group at her church. |

Kadie joined Rusty’s team in 2019, bringing a variety of experience in customer service from various vocations. “Her references adored her” says Rusty. “I hired her on the spot. She is extremely efficient and pleasant to work with”. One of the first voices you hear when you call the office, Kadie effectively communicates regularly with insurance service centers, claims adjusters and customers. Like Spencer, she is well versed in all types of billing, accounting and policy updates. She actively assists with the quoting process and is very knowledgeable with all our carriers.
Although she lived in Nebraska for 7 years due to her husband’s military career, Kadie is a Mississippi native. Happy to be close to family again, she currently resides in Madison County with her husband and daughter. |

Morgan joined Rusty and staff in 2021. She brings 5 years insurance industry experience with her and is a PERFECT addition to the staff. A smart and fast learner, Morgan is generally the first voice you hear on the phone. She actively participates in the quoting process and is quickly learning about all the insurance carriers the agency represents. New to Madison County, Morgan is a native of Cleveland, MS. and is a graduate of Delta State University |

In February of 2023, we welcomed Ann Tardo to our growing staff. Ann is a born and bred Madison Co. girl. She is married to Nathan and has one son, Konnor. Ann has an Associates Degree from Holmes CC and a Bachelors Degree from Jackson State University. Her job description is technically receptionist so she will probably be the outgoing, friendly voice you first hear on the phone. Ann has passed the Property and Casualty test, and she will become much more involved on the service and remarketing side of the Agency as a CSSR. She is a good fit for our staff, and we are pleased to welcome Ann! |
